EsterCheck is a fixed filter infrared adsorption analyser optimised for the measurement of bio-ester in biodiesel.
The EsterCheck operates at 5.7µm, where the adsorption spectrum of biodiesel is well separated from that of diesel, and is unaffected by fuel additives. This means that the measurement of the spectra can be converted, via an internal calibration table, to % biodiesel content.
Easy to operate, and with no moving parts, the operator simply places a sample onto the window and then presses a button. 30 seconds later the display will show the actual percentage of biodiesel in the sample.
Compact, robust, and the capability for operation off a battery pack, the EsterCheck is perfect for quality control and field use.
